Just to update you on the situation here in Italy.
Infected people are more than 5000. Minutes ago it was decided that my district, Lombardia, and few other provinces outside it, are closed, which means no one can go in nor out Lombardia. It is fully considered red zone.
So far, I'm fine, I'm home, I try not to go out if I don't have too, but it feels like living in a war zone or in a sci-fi movie. Surreal.
Hope you're all safe out there, stay well and be careful!

Date: 2020-03-10 08:18 am (UTC)Schools are closed, cinemas, theaters are closed. Bars and restaurants are open til 6pm.
We must stay home, go out just when needed to buy food or to go to the chemist's shop.
Staying home is mandatory.
Smart working from home, when possible, has been the solution for weeks now. Most public offices are closed to the people, bars must close at 6pm, schools gyms, skiing places are totally closed. You cant leave your own city unless you prove through a certificate that you have valid reasons to do so.
It's like living in an apocalypse movie and I'm really scared and worried now.
