I saw the David Lynch version back in the day and it was so tedious. (Of course, the book was tedious, too, so...) I have heard really good things about this version so, even though I was hesitant when I first heard it was going to be made, I'm looking forward to giving it a shot. It's still long, though so I probably won't watch it in one go. :P

I have to admit this kind of futuristic movies are not really my cup of tea, but I read really positive feedback and reviews and they apparently earned a long standing ovation right after the screening, so I may try and watch it.
