I really don't like dresses like this, where the skirt is stunning but the top is just two flaps of fabric over the boobs and looks like an afterthought. Diane is stunning but the designer is falling down on the job. :P

I totally agree, the idea isn't even that bad but the top of the dress really has a terrible fit and the end result is horrible.
